What this site collects about you
Nothing, unless you hand it over. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from third-party servers. There is no advertising and no tracking, which is why there is no cookie banner: there is nothing to ask consent for. The only personal data this site processes is the email address you type into the form below, if you choose to.
The light or dark theme you pick is saved in your browser's localStorage. It stays on your device and is never sent to us or to anyone else.
These pages are served by Cloudflare, Inc. as our hosting data processor, under a data processing agreement and the EU standard contractual clauses. Like any web server, the one that delivers these pages writes standard access logs: IP address, page requested, time. They are kept for operation and security, nothing else.
If this site ever sets cookies that need consent, a banner will ask for it before any cookie is set, and this section will name each one and what it is for. Today there is none.
The email form
There is a form to follow the devlog by email. If you submit it, the only data collected is your email address, and the only thing it is used for is sending you the devlog — roughly every two weeks. Nothing else, and never to anyone else: the list is not sold, shared or lent.
The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form — which is also why the box is never ticked for you. Confirmation is double opt-in: the address does not join the list until you click the link in the confirmation email, so nobody can subscribe you. Your address is kept only while you stay subscribed; every email carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing deletes it. The list is held and the emails are sent by Acumbamail (Acumbamail S.L., Spain), acting as our data processor.
Your rights
The GDPR gives you the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. If you are subscribed, the fastest way to exercise erasure is the unsubscribe link in any of the emails, which deletes the address. For anything else, write to info@colorvivo.com.
You can also complain to the Spanish supervisory authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).

Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. The current text is the whole policy; there are no other versions to chase.
